The number of washers can be varied to trim the adjustment. There is about a pound and a half on the arm in this image. |

Parts consist of:
3" 5/16-NC fully threaded bolt 5/16-NC knob that has a hole all the way through 5/16-NC Tee-Nut with the "spikes" removed 3/8 fender washers |
