Your planned path of the rework should be in this order:

• Disassemble the DEC shaft and housing.

• Disassemble the RA shaft and housing.

• Mounting Components

• Clean up and grease the bearings

• Reassemble the RA shaft and set the gear mesh

• Reassemble the DEC shaft and set the gear mesh

• Enjoy the "new" mounting   You will have to provide your own link  :)
