Tripod Extension Leg Construction
Here we have the two slots that will contain the clamping pucks and the three threaded hole that secure the clamping block to the tube.
I have tested the clamping efficiency of this and there will be no slippage what so ever!!
Here is the leg side of the clamping block. The clamping bolts and the metal pucks that keep the tubing from being damaged are show on the right.
The finished assembly ready to install.
